great product to run. OK, so I'm going to tell you exactly how to use them and understand that some people end up on the other side, but I was a person who was very surprised by these. I bought these because I (like many) were looking for headphones that I could perform or exercise and not have them break when sweat goes into their training. and these are just the ones for me, I was a member of the ragnar relay my teams I team colorado, (a 200-mile relay race) and used them for months to prepare my self for this event. I did close to 15 miles a day to prepare and with sweat and dirt and rain in a few days, they worked beyond what I wanted. great buy and if they end up breaking that they will buy again. hope this helps and questions just ask.
